Drug-resistant diseases

Recent studies have shown that drug-resistant diseases have affected 2 million people and of that 2 million, 23,000 people have died. This is becoming a serious problem with catostrophic consequences. These consequences include ultimately wiping out all medicines if we are not careful. This means that we would have to go back to a time when there were no medecines to heal or cute diseases that now have antibiotic resistance. In order to prevent this, scientists are now looking for new antibacterial microbes to replace the now resistant microbes.
